Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission) was not founded by a single individual.

It is a nationwide campaign initiated by the Government of India and spearheaded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The campaign was officially launched on October 2, 2014, at Rajghat, New Delhi.

The mission aimed to mobilize the entire nation to improve sanitation, hygiene, and waste management across the country. It is India's largest cleanliness drive to date with millions of people participating in the campaign.
